A one-time in-home assessment to identify concerns, vulnerabilities, and service needs.
Includes:
- home and property review
- discussion of current concerns
- contact and emergency information review
- identification of environmental or personal risk factors
- written recommendation for ongoing support

Essential Watch
Light recurring oversight for seniors who are stable but benefit from regular check-ins.
Includes:
- 2 in-person visits per month
- basic home and perimeter awareness check
- general wellness and situational check-in
- monthly summary to authorized contact

Protective Oversight
Our core service for seniors who need more frequent protective observation.
Includes:
- 4 in-person visits per month
- home and property checks
- suspicious contact or scam awareness review
- vendor or contractor presence observation
- twice-monthly updates to authorized contact
- urgent concern escalation when needed
