If during any attempt it’s determined that your subject will not be located at the address, due to residence or employment change, you will receive an update on any information obtained. We will automatically attempt service at the developed address providing up to six total attempts.

While calculating best service for your needs, you must consider accuracy, timeliness, and distance. Remember that the cheaper companies generally give you cheaper service and the Sheriff only attempts one address.

Please provide your preferred method of contact with the papers to be served. A Notarized Affidavit will accompany the returned documents directly to you, for filing with the court.
If you prefer the papers mailed directly to the court please provide the specific court address. You will receive an electronic copy of the Affidavit only.
At your request on Expedited Service, papers will be hand delivered to the Jefferson County Circuit or Magistrate Clerk.
